Tomasz Smal
Tomasz Smal is professor at University WSB Merito in Wrocław. His field of research includes management and resilience in defence logistic and transportation systems.
Currently he is conducting research on management in military operations and transportation systems in refers to its resilience and information support. His teaching at universities addresses logistics systems and transport, maintenance and construction of machines, management, leadership.
He has experience in the highest management positions at a university (Director, Dean, Vice-Rector). He participated in international and national scientific and teaching projects in the area of logistics, security and leadership education, authoring over 200 scientific and teaching publications in the areas of research and teaching.
He has over 30 years of experience in the armed forces in managerial, training and logistics positions. He joined international operations abroad and within NATO structures.
