ASSETs+ Strategy for developing Skills and Competences in the Defence Sector
The ASSETs+ Strategy, based on current EU policies and EDSP European Defence Skills Strategy (2020-2024), contains 37 actions that aim at facing technological evolution and socio-economic transformations, building a sustainable qualified human resources supply, providing companies working in Defence access to qualified professionals, and boosting the European Defence system towards sovereignty and autonomy.
