The European Commission, the Swedish Security and Defence Industry Association (SOFF), and the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (Teknikföretagen) are organising this “in person”-event on 12 December in Stockholm, Sweden.
The conference will bring together European companies, authorities, academia, and research organisations to exchange views on the challenges related to the future availability of skills for Europe’s defence industry and explore best practices and possible ways forward.
